7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.
1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

From the initial onset through to the completion and even beyond the communication, attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. A particular shout out to Liz Redfern who was outstanding. Liz kept the communication flow open throughout the buying process and was amazing to work with. 11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.
15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I'm not sure why Oscars have so many good reviews, this was the reason I chose them. For me the service was below average when selling my house. Their communication is slow at times and not what I'd expect for a professional firm. After selling my house I sent them 2 emails which they did not even respond to which I found disappointing. I will not be using them again.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I recently both sold and purchased a property through Rezee, and both aspects of the move were managed brilliantly. George, the owner, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came to value my home. The house was photographed and listed within just a few days, and we accepted an offer less than two weeks later, which suited our timescales perfectly. Regarding the purchase, Rezee requires an upfront deposit to secure a property. Although I was a little unsure at first, I ended up really liking this structure as it deters time-wasters and provides genuine peace of mind for all parties involved. I also want to give a special call-out to the office team—Katie, Fran, and Amy. I naturally had a lot of questions, and they played a massive part in supporting the process and proactively chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Thank you all for helping us secure our forever home.

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive.
