19th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Hunters was deeply disappointing. Repeated administrative errors relating to notices and tenancy handling caused unnecessary delays, additional time, and avoidable stress during possession proceedings. When I recently contacted the branch again regarding future instructions, I was informed in a dismissive manner that they no longer wished to work with me due to previous disputes — disputes which arose from their own handling failures. Professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication appear seriously lacking based on my experience!

21st Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I strongly advise landlords to be extremely cautious when dealing with Fair Links Estate Agents. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss. The company Directors, Ali Muhammad and Arif Muhammad, were friends with the tenant and looked at his interest rather than the Landlords. Throughout the tenancy, my concerns and formal complaints were repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, emails and letters went unanswered, and I felt that issues were consistently avoided rather than resolved. The tenant Mir Ikhlaq was placed in my property, which fell into substantial arrears—over £30,000—yet despite the agent being fully aware of the outstanding amount, the deposit was released without my consent. This goes against the expectations of transparency and proper procedure under the government?approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenants were finally evicted, the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including hygiene issues and evidence of pests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fair Links Estate Agents to any landlord. I would urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have robust safeguards in place before entrusting their property to this agency.

Our first contact was Brook Atkinson, who got the ball rolling and found us our ideal home, unfortunately our landlord sold the property after two years, and we found ourselves looking for another home. Brook was on the case and in no time at all, found us another lovely home. We cant thank Brook enough for her efforts to find us our new home, she is very professional and focused in her work, we would highly reccomend Brook and GBP estates, if you are looking for professional team. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
