From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. Very satisfied with the expertise and support he provided to us and would recommend him to anyone.

Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. Luke and Joe were always available to offer advice and support and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone involved in renting properties. Thank you!

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

He helped get quick but fair pricing agreements for both transactions. He and the wider team also handled queries quickly and kept us up to date on progress, working round setbacks to get a good outcome and a new home that we are very pleased with.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
