9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Amazing customer service, helped me find a property within a week
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very difficult to get in touch with them for any property maintenance issues. 90 % of the time the call goes to voicemail and no one responds to the voicemail. I would think twice regarding customer service before taking a property with Pennington.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Bea was very helpful Evan when I had problem they were excellent they dealt with everything satisfactory excellent service would recommend then to everyone
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)All the staff were professional helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Brilliant and professional. When we were unable to make the final leg of the journey to our house viewing, Chris drove us there and back - above and beyond expectations. Thank you!
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Tom helped us with a tricky purchase where very strict deadlines were imposed by the seller and there was a constant risk of the deal falling through. He helped get us over the line and overall provided excellent customer service throughout

12th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)The whole team at Nicholas Percival were a pleasure to deal with for the sale of our mother's property, always keeping us informed, and communicating with our solicitors made the whole process very easy.
Their professional communication with the client purchasing the property, delivered a smooth experience for all parties.
Particular thanks to Sarah and Dan who made the process efficient and effortless. Thank you.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)After lots of research into which estate agent to choose, Jackson-Stops came out on top, and they haven’t disappointed throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Rob, who has been absolutely brilliant — professional, diligent and kind. He responds promptly, keeps us fully informed at every step, and his calm approach and wisdom have been greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Rob — you’re a superstar! Highly recommend Jackson-Stops.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)APPALLING behaviour from the whole team! DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!

As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.

They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.

When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.

The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Complete cowboys—avoid this agency at all costs.

You messed with the wrong ones this time ??????!
14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Have used this company for 10 years.have always been very helpful and prompt to sort any issues.- 20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Enjoyed viewing properties with Ryan. Very likeable personality. Also knowledgeable and enthusiastic and found me exactly what I required.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Would highly recommend Marks and Mann Martlesham. We sold our house with them early summer this year and the sale was a really smooth process. Tracy done some really amazing viewings on our property and managed to get us an offer after the first viewing. Shane took really good quality photos of our property and got us online asap as we were in a hurry to sell to secure another property. Emma maintained contact from start to finish, even during the really stressful times and issues. We are really grateful to the whole team. Thank you ??????
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a brilliant experience with Sarah and colleagues from start to finish.
We love our new home.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I am very satisfied with the service I have received. My property sold quickly. Hopefully the rest of the process will go smoothly.
24th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Jade was absolutely fantastic! Always available for any questions and help (as some ridiculous times of day and weekends). We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Our experience as first time buyer was amazing. We were so stressed out at the beginning but this estate agency made everything so easy. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing work that they are doing.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Grace Estate Agents were recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed with the help they gave us while selling our house. Tara and her team were very professional and helpful with every aspect of the process and we can't thank them enough for all they done for us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Grace's to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We used Potters to sell our house in Manningtree. Brad came out to our house and was so knowledgeable, gave us fantastic advice and had obviously done his homework on the area. Brad gave us regular updates without us having to ever call him and we really felt like he was 'on it' and on our side. I can't thank the team at Potters enough for all of their hard work and we would not hesitate to use them again!
16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Bailey has been fantastic from start to finish in helping us find a lovely rental property. From the viewing to signing the contracts, he was extremely polite & helpful, no question was ever too much.
