From the beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They were always responsive, approachable, and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from harrison. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a good customer experience truly stood out.

Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! I wasn't so upset when it came to moving out, as we only had to go down the road, so was only more annoyed by their consistent unbothered attitude, but moving here we were moving up from London, and couldn't afford to mess around. They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's about even having a home to live in. With every phone call, with a different member of staff, having to answer all of the same questions again and again, my stress levels and worry increased. They kept changing our move in date, which was frustrating as we had to book a man and van team. And so, when we finally did arrive and ended up having to sit OUTSIDE OUR NEW HOME FOR 3 HOURS while waiting for them to sort out an issue and give us the key, I wasn't mad, just deflated and exhausted. Experience with the Wymondham branch to move out was just as bad - couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.- 1st May 2026 (7 days ago)Im a first time buyer and the team have been amazing thoughout the process i was kept up to date with everything and as a first time buyer having that support was just what I needed great team great service couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They really took care of us, kept in touch regularly, and made sure we were supported every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how well they organised our viewings. They arranged for us to see four different properties all on the same day, which made the whole process so much more convenient and saved us from having to make multiple trips back and forth. It showed great consideration for our time and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
