19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

Claire was so helpful and responsive, getting back to us with answers to our questions very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tempo, we were really impressed.

Vivien looked after us flawlessly from start to finish, with daily phone calls and endless charm and enthusiasm. Our farm and land were beautifully marketed, the photos and drone footage were superb and marketing reached far and wide. We received numerous viewers and sold the property promptly at a good price. The personal, friendly and professional service was so reassuring as Vivien helped and advised at every stage of the process and spent as much time as we needed to ensure a seamless sale. We cannot thank Vivien and Galbraiths enough and would definitely recommend to other sellers for a top class, personalised sales experience.

They carried out appropriate inspections and safety checks. I would use them as a property manager or a tenant in the future and would definitely recommend.

We were absolutely delighted with the marketing of our property including highly professional photographs. The sales staff, especially Tiffany were so helpful and friendly. Viewings were organised quickly and efficiently and our property sold within 3 working days. Thank you Stonefield! They accommodated me by provided a video viewing which was greatly appreciated. The video was high quality. Although I never took the rental I would absolutely recommend this company. 18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I decided to sell my property in Sannox view Ayr as I was downsizing, I decided to go with Belmont estate agents, thank god I did! They were so professional and caring from start to finish, especially Steph, she was absolutely amazing, selling a house is very stressful but Steph was with me all the way through the whole process and I just can't thank her enough. Richard and Barry were excellent, arranged viewings, brilliant photos and home report, I.m so glad I went with Belmont, and if anyone is deciding to sell their property then you won.t get anyone better.
