Victoria has been fantastic throughout – approachable, reassuring, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping both sides find a solution and keeping the sale moving forward.<br><br>When our survey and subsequent specialist investigations uncovered some significant unexpected work, Victoria was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our concerns, understood our position immediately and handled what could have been a really difficult negotiation incredibly professionally. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?.<br>After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you. Absolute credit to Entwistle Green

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

We initially found our property through Rightmove and enquiried, the sales team were fantastic at getting in touch and setting up the first viewing. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout our sale they have given us clear communication and made sure we were getting the updates we required. When we sell in the future we won’t hesitate to get in touch with the Alistair Saville team to list with in the future. Thank you all!

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Local, efficient and professional. Many thanks to the team at Northwall especially Freya, who in my opinion has the most stressful job through out the process. She is the point of contact once you have accepted an offer and has to ensure the continuity of contact to keep the sale going until the end. I cannot recommend this company enough. If anyone out there is unsure and weighing up the option between this company and other local companies then please take my advice and choose Northwall. I originally went with a different local agent and after 6 weeks of only one viewing and a bad offer I switched to Northwall and the house was under offer with a week. Great work everyone and many thanks.

He was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire sale.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.
