She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! 6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)Recently just sold and completed on my sale yesterday with Whitegates. I found the whole process a smooth from start to finish. We were first time buyers when we purchased so we had never been through the whole selling aspect. I was very impressed by the photography (even though I was a pain on the day sorry James!) I used Whitegates recommended solicitor called Simply conveyancing and also found them brilliant. They were initially a little more expensive than others but the whole concept of their app completely changed our process. We used a local solicitor 2 years ago on our purchase and all I can say is it’s definitely worth the extra. Massive thankyou to Christian, James & the team!

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10.
