Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Special mention to Monjur, who really went above and beyond to obtain necessary information for the buyer's solicitor when faced with tight deadlines and numerous obstacles. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and am most grateful for all their efforts.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. They gave me a realistic valuation, marketed it quickly with great photographs. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. They were professional, honest and fantastic from start to finish. They secured a buyer for me quickly, achieving £20,000 over the asking price! I could not have asked for a better team!"

Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
