Jess and Alex in particular have been there every step of the way for me. Listened when I’ve had a moan and given me support and advice when I needed it. Moving house is stressful so having them in my corner on my side has been amazing. Thank you!

Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)David Davies successfully sold my house within 3 weeks! Ben came and valued, agreed next steps, took fantastic photos, including with a drone. When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. They sold our property within just 6 weeks, and we completed in only 8 weeks, which was brilliant!<br>The communication between all parties was excellent.<br>Thank you Atlas, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Atlas for all their hard work.

After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. They were professional, honest and fantastic from start to finish. They secured a buyer for me quickly, achieving £20,000 over the asking price! I could not have asked for a better team!"

Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!
19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.<br>I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.<br>Excellent service and great value for money!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!
