From start to finish they kept me updated from when they came out to value my house until exchange. I originally had a few estate agents out to value my house jones and chapman said the highest value and managed to achieve that price for me. Thank you

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?.<br>After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you. Absolute credit to Entwistle Green

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

We initially found our property through Rightmove and enquiried, the sales team were fantastic at getting in touch and setting up the first viewing. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout our sale they have given us clear communication and made sure we were getting the updates we required. 23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

2nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
