Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.

Pleased with the the sale of our property, it was a rocky process which took longer then expected. But John Browns did a wonderful job in getting our property sold, and again a big thank you for eventually getting to the end.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)From start to finish Joe at EweMove’s service was completely flawless. He made, what could of been, a stressful situation, selling our house, into a peaceful transaction. He was highly professional, with selecting candidates to view, upon our requirements. He always turned up before the clients and staged our house immaculately. Everyone that viewed, was block booked, and vetted, that they had the means to buy. And in a short space of weeks, we had two buyers bidding for the property, which resulted in the price, that we was looking for. I can not praise Joe enough, for all the work he put into making our move complete, even turning up on the last day and wishing us well, for our move. What a lovely man he is. The only downside is, we wont get to see him or speak to him much anymore!

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Absolutely shocking! Available now! Not! Was told available, tenant still there. Not available till aug sept. Trainers blocking the doorway, dirty plates left about , smelt. What looked like a 12 yr old to show us, who couldn’t be bothered to meet us outside. Wasted my time and made that clear as it took 30 seconds to come to a conclusion. Unreal!! Also tried to call through to the office straight away and closed on a Saturday morning. Just no words for it. Distressful!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
