His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Buying or selling a home is such a big thing, and they really understand that. They take the time to listen, pay attention to the little details and make sure you feel looked after every step of the way. It’s the little things they do that make such a difference and put you at ease. You never feel like just another customer. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper lovely team who go above and beyond.

Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

Katie was always on hand to answer any queries and chase up rogue solicitors to get the sale of my property over the line. I’m so glad we chose Karen Potter and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful. Thank you to them all!

Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!
