We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

11th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Highly impressed with Newmans, they achieved a sale of my home higher than asking price after the first evening of viewings. Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
