11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them. Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop. On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns. To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers. Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed. Despite numerous challenges that were no fault of hers, Vicky remained positive and professional at all times. She was upbeat, solution focussed and never once lost heart or patience with me. You only find out how good someone is when they come up against a problem and I can tell you - Vicky and the team at Maynard’s are absolutely first class!

Jackie was proactive, straight-talking and actually pushed things along when others were dragging their feet. Communication was spot on throughout and we always knew where we stood. Really impressed and would 100% recommend.
