Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.
21st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

What really stood out was the personal service we received throughout the entire process. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>They handled all of our viewings and were extremely flexible with timings, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They regularly chased updates from solicitors on our behalf and kept us fully informed with weekly progress updates, which gave us real peace of mind.<br><br>Paul should be incredibly proud of the business he has built. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases.
