18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. He went the extra mile with giving us advice. From our first viewing, right up to completion Ben was great. I wish we had put our house on the market with this company.<br><br>I would have given more than 5 stars if I could.
