All staff, without exception, are helpful, committed and professional.<br>We changed to Martin Maslin during a previous sale, when they rescued us from a stressful situation with another local agent and aided the transfer with care, compassion and professionalism.<br>In my view, they are the best and I won’t be using anyone else.<br>Thank you to everyone at MM!

Lexi has always been at the end of the phone listening to my worries and reassuring me during more stressful times. Lee, you have been an absolute blessing in ensuring regular contact was maintained throughout some uncontrollable road blocks and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend the DDM team!

The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best- 30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Well bought our house through Lovelle’s Elaine was our main contact along with Jasmine when Elaine was on leave. They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine
31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Michelle was brilliant. So proactive throughout the sale of our house and kept us abreast of everything that was happening along the way. She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

Molly has been extremely helpful and efficient and always contactable. She has made sure that both sides were kept informed and alerted me when I needed to chase my solicitors. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
