10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)We have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas.<br>From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated .<br>Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble.<br>Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances.<br>We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough .<br>Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home ??????

8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best- 8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Would highly recommend Lovelle, Humberston. Everyone we met were friendly and supportive. Photographer Lovelle uses is excellent and also gave us good advice. From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!
31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

Based in the centre of Louth, their office is easy to access. Thank you Crofts for providing an excellent service.
11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)House selling can be stressful particularly when you haven’t done it for over 20 years! Throughout the whole process from valuation to completion Fairweather Estate Agents were fantastic and took the strain away. Hayden was spot on with his valuation and we achieved exactly what we wanted for the property. Throughout the sales process Sophie kept us informed and was reassuringly professional and confident, importantly she acted as a valuable conduit between both pairs of solicitors to keep the sales process going smoothly. Overall I could not fault them and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them - if I could have given them 6 stars I would have.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
