She was incredibly proactive, friendly and professional, keeping us up to date at every stage and always responding quickly.<br><br>Her communication was fab, and it was clear she really cared about helping us get what we wanted, going above and beyond to make the whole process as stress-free as possible.<br><br>Thanks again for all your hard work and support - really appreciate everything you've done, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

It has been tricky with some other agents to book viewing appointments but Hunters were able to fit us in on Saturdays which was very helpful. Once we agreed the tenancy Jasmine and Katie have both been very patient and happy to take any questions we had. Thanks to them.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

Their knowledge and professionalism have helped me more than I can say. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but their opening hours are longer than anyone else’s allowing people to ring in the evening. My sale had some challenges and these were met by Emma Mitchell in an outstanding way. Having her to help me made a huge, huge difference and I can’t thank her enough. So, to Ben, Victoria, Lauren and Richard and all the team I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the patience you showed me. I look forward to selling properties with you in the future.

22nd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. Aneesah guided me through every stage with professionalism, clarity and genuine commitment to her work. Her support made everything smooth and stress free. I want to say a big thank you to her and to Haart as a company for their exceptional service.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
20th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)The Boston Spa team at Monroe have been wonderful throughout our sale and purchase. As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We purchased a house last year as first time buyers with Lauren as the agent and the process itself was very disappointing and unorganised throughout. Details of the chain were not made clear, an hour before we were to collect the keys (after self employed family members took the day off) there were attempts to delay further and it’s fair to say Lauren’s best interest was with her seller over anyone else - When my partner expressed her dissatisfaction with constantly being messed around Lauren was extremely unprofessional and began a shouting match down the phone. I understand buying and selling houses can be stressful but it should be special buying your first property and we were left feeling deflated and disappointed when we finally moved in. We weren’t even congratulated post completion which says all you need to know. Won’t use this company again if possible.

She was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, she kept us updated at every stage and always took the time to answer any questions we had.<br>We felt completely looked after and confident that we were getting the best option for our circumstances.
