We sold at auction, the property went as expected, and the process was made very easy. Jonny, Abi and Hannah were fabulous. I am immensely grateful for their assistance in what was a difficult situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elissia and team.

From Rachel Lindley doing the valuation with her enthusiasm expert knowledge of our area you just know when someone is the right fit and she was that person .prompt polite respectful of the property did everything she said she would. Then Jasmine was our negotiator. Very easy to work with very respectful and diplomatic to both parties buyer and seller again a good fit<br>For our needs. Last but not least Chris the manager always on had with a smile again polite smart enthusiastic very approachable . All these members of Reeds Rains went the extra mile for us and were sympathetic with us .<br>I would recommend them without hesitation.

23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We had an excellent experience selling our home with Naish. The estimate, photography, marketing etc were all of a very high standard, and they were generally good at making themselves available to conduct viewings - sundays were the only days they couldn’t accommodate. We received an offer at our target price a couple of weeks after going on the market, in a generally sluggish climate, so were very pleased. Jade provided a lot of support that we weren’t expecting, eg advice and support around our onward purchase as well as our sale, which was wonderful. Kim stayed in good touch with us once the sale was agreed, and was extremely quick to respond whenever we had a question about our sale or our buyers. I would strongly recommend going with Naish to sell your property.- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I recently viewed a property in York with bridgfords, and have been viewing multiple properties recently and this was by far the best, I was shown around the property by Bethany who was very personable and honest and did a really good job trying to show off the property, by far the best estate agent we have interacted with so far.

Their knowledge and professionalism have helped me more than I can say. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but their opening hours are longer than anyone else’s allowing people to ring in the evening. My sale had some challenges and these were met by Emma Mitchell in an outstanding way. Having her to help me made a huge, huge difference and I can’t thank her enough. So, to Ben, Victoria, Lauren and Richard and all the team I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the patience you showed me. I look forward to selling properties with you in the future.

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. Aneesah guided me through every stage with professionalism, clarity and genuine commitment to her work. Her support made everything smooth and stress free. I want to say a big thank you to her and to Haart as a company for their exceptional service.

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We used Paul recently to sell our house. From the valuation right up until moving day Paul was there for support. Paul valued our house fairly and sold it on the first day of viewings. Paul is set apart from other local agents because he is available at the peak times when people aren't at work such as weekends and evenings for viewings. He is also available at any point to discuss any concerns or answer questions. He kept us updated all the way through and really kept everything moving. Paul also has a lot of knowledge about properties he sells (we also viewed one with him). Most importantly he is honest and transparent. We can not recommend him highly enough.
