22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

23rd Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)? 1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Living Conditions I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. For five years I repeatedly reported serious repair issues that were never properly resolved. During that time, my six-year-old child was forced to live in unacceptable and unsafe conditions. The property had broken internal doors, a constantly leaking bathroom, rusted and leaking radiators, and a kitchen full of damp and mould. The issues were ongoing and left unattended despite numerous complaints. What makes this worse is that instead of addressing the disrepair, their house cleaner was posting videos on Instagram showcasing the property — yet it was still in the same poor condition I had been left to live in for seven years. Nothing meaningful had been fixed. It felt like appearance mattered more than tenant welfare. No child should have to grow up in a home with persistent leaks, mould, and broken fixtures. The lack of urgency, care, and basic responsibility shown throughout my tenancy was beyond disappointing. I would not recommend renting through them.

The other house clearly needed some refurbishment and the recommendation was based purely on competition and not on an accurate valuation.

7th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have been a tenant in a property managed by Rooftops Hale for the past 6 years and found them to be exemplary. Both with the swift resolution a couple of things I had contacted them about and with keeping the property up to date with being compliant with the safety regulations. They have been a pleasure to deal with, friendly professional and quick to respond. The contractors used by Rooftops have all been pleasant and professional and able to accommodate timing of visits to my requirements. I don't think I would have stayed as long in the property if the agents weren't as good to deal with as Angela and Karen have been.

14th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience
