They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.

She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made the whole letting process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Eve kept me informed every step of the way, responded quickly to messages, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. The property generated plenty of interest and ultimately achieved a sale price above the asking price, which was a fantastic result.<br><br>A special thank you to Jess for making the onboarding process straightforward and stress-free, as well as providing an accurate valuation from the outset. I’d also like to thank Lynn for her support and assistance throughout the sale.<br><br>However, my biggest thanks go to Catherine, who truly went above and beyond during what became a lengthy legal process. Unfortunately, the solicitors caused significant delays and dragged the transaction on for several months, but Catherine was relentless in chasing all parties involved and keeping the process moving forward. Her hard work, persistence, and constant communication with me made a huge difference and were instrumental in finally getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire journey and was always kept informed of progress. 15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.

The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
