18th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I had a misfortune of bidding on a property and winning the bid with this estate agency. I immediately paid for a search pack and booked a surveyor only two months into the process to be told that the property hasn't been registered on land registry and it will take a year to sort it out. Really disappointed in Doug Paterson who should have checked this before putting this property on the market. They cost me a lot of money and time.<br><br>Update: since I posted the review above Doug contacted me and tried to blackmail me into removing this review saying he might provide information to my home buyers insurance provider which would invalidate my claim!

12th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We cannot thank Joe McDonald enough for the exceptional support, professionalism, and dedication he showed throughout our house purchase journey.<br><br>We first met Joe completely by chance after another viewing in the same area with a different estate agent was unexpectedly cancelled. Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. His calm approach, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made an enormous difference and helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into a far more manageable one.<br><br>We would also like to recognise the wider team at Finn’s, who made us feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. Rachel, who answered our initial call, took the time to listen and kindly arranged for us to attend that first viewing, which ultimately led us to our new home. Paul, the sales manager, was equally supportive and helpful when covering for Joe during his annual leave, ensuring we always felt informed and looked after.<br><br>What makes Finn’s stand out is how personable everyone is. From the moment we first made contact, every member of the team made us feel known, valued, and genuinely cared for. It never felt like we were simply another home buyer; everyone was approachable, friendly, and always willing to help.
20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am so happy i chose Wards Faversham to sell our house. The team were always so friendly and gave us notice before any viewings. We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey. Vanessa was also great at speeding up the process at the end by communicating with our solicitors. I would recommend Wards to everyone. Thank you so much!

I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

The whole process from beginning to end has been extremely seamless.<br><br>John came round to value our house and take photos ready to be put on the market. The write up on our property and the photos taken were second to none.<br><br>We had viewings booked in on the day our property went live and sold on the 1st day of viewings. Lee who done the viewings was fantastic when showing people around and had a genuine passion to want to sell your property.<br><br>After accepting an offer, Connor, with the help of Angela in his absence, we're brilliant at chasing the chain and solicitors for updates for both our sale and purchase.<br><br>I would 100% use Hawkesford James again. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process. I must give a special mention to Alison who without her help with printing and form filling I would have drowned. I heartedly recommend Fine and Country. Kind regards Susan Parkes

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.
