23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with both the viewing team, and agent Verity Hedges in the Sevenoaks office who managed both our sale and purchase with great professionalism and dedication. Her knowledge of the local market was second to none, and from the moment the chain came together she kept us updated and informed at every step. We wouldn’t hesitate in strongly recommending Verity and Savills to anyone in the area.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??

26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)We sold our house in 2025 through Maddisons, and Karen (and the team) were amazing every step of the way. It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

13th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)For the second time in as many years, we have successfully sold a property through the good offices of the JS team in Sevenoaks. They are, as ever, friendly and professional, commercially canny and work hard with a smile. I once again heartily recommend.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

My tenant left early, braking their contract, but Wards managed to re-let the property quickly and efficiently, providing clear communication throughout the process. I will continue to use Wards to manage my property without hesitation. Particular thanks goes to Abigail who kept me updated at all times.

Michael was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, giving me confidence from the very start. Throughout the process, Karen and Emma were always just a phone call away and kept me updated at every stage. The whole team was professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell their home and want to thank the entire team for their outstanding service.
26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

Would 100% recommend- 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is my 2nd time of using Wards and I had no hesitation in choosing them again.Every single person I dealt with was amazing, encouraging ,supportive and professional...the house I had chosen was perfect for me but the only thing that slowed things down was my buyers solicitors....Wards of Paddock Wood remained positive for me when I couldn't feel positive for myself...as before (7 years ago )their customer service went above and beyond not just being professional in the process but remembering what a stressful time house sales can be and being there for the emotional support I needed (it's been a very tough 6 years and it was a hard decision to move but the right one) ... I cannot fault this branch and would recommend them to everyone....thank you to every single person I dealt with, Lauren,Hazel,Samantha and Maria,their sales progressor ...this lady worked tirelessly to move the sale along liasing with solicitors,and the Deal branch, she was cheerful ,upbeat ,friendly and professional and I genuinely feel that she cut the completion date down dramatically...to all of you I can't thank you enough if I could give 10 stars I would xx

I found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly but Be, in particular, was extraordinarily helpful. She was genuinely invested in helping to find the right house for me personally. Be has a wealth of knowledge about Kings Hill as an area in which to live, and the different types of properties and how they may or may not work for you. She also understands that seeing a variety of properties is part of the process of finding the right home, and never once tried to convince me to like something that wasn’t quite right, or made me feel I was wasting time (an experience I have had elsewhere). As a result, I have just found, with her significant help, the perfect property for me – and I’m delighted. It’s been a great experience to be supported by someone with such high professional standards. Thank you to Be and the whole team!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again. In fact I used them on the basis of a family friend recommendation and are the first choice estate agent for Aylesford and the surrounding area.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.

In particular their sales progression team (we dealt with Lisa mainly) were excellent - kept us up to date and handled everything professionally and personably. Would highly recommend.
