30th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

5th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.

Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires.<br><br>He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed.<br>Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe .<br><br>Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly. Honestly if I am selling again, it will be Mann I use.
