We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

From their photos for the sales sheet, which were excellent, to liaising between the parties to ensure a smooth sale. The whole team seemed to be involved & we’re all up to date on the position so could pick up if someone was off. Once our house was sold, Cathy took over the liaising of seeing the sale through to completion. Thank you to the entire team for getting us through a highly stressful, at times, process , we are now in our new home.
7th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently purchased our grade2 home through Compass Elevation and we have to thank Mark Sheffield for making the process from our sellers side as smooth as possible. He was always available to show us around the property while we decided if it was the right move for us and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had in purchasing this grade2 building. He liaised quickly & effectively between us & our seller keeping us all up to date at all times and answered all our questions. I genuinely felt Mark cared & thanks to him we are now settled into our new home. I highly recommend Mark.

Our onward purchase and move to Surrey has proved to be difficult but with help and advice from Ash, we have been able to resolve the problem with Ash being instrumental in holding the lower chain together. Both Rob and Ash were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

Our sales team were engaged and supportive throughout and we couldn’t have achieved our aims without them. 21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Just wanted to leave a review for Kai, I first had contact with Kai when viewing a new home for me and my family. Kai was great with showing us around and we put an offer in on the back of his viewing. Although the offer fell through Kai has kept in contact with me since and joined me on my journey with finding a new home. I managed to find a new home through a different agency but Kai kept in contact and was rooting for me as the process took over 9 months to complete. He was there for any advice needed and was actually really nice to get his calls each month hoping for the news that we had completed. So even tho my experience with buying through Kai didn’t work out, I would definitely be back in contact with him for further advice! From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

My mum's retirement bungalow was a complicated sale due to lots of red tape via the housing association and took 2 years to go through with the first sale falling through after 8 months due to the housing association not doingitsadequatecheckson whether the buyer owned another property not allowed under the agreement! But Rob stuck it out and got a new buyer and chased everyone constantly, remaining calm under pressure and was a joy to work despite the housing association delaying things further and taking a year for the next sale to go through! Thank you Waldens I don't think we'd have got the sale over the line without you all - 5 star service!
