I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. 3rd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We recently bought our home through Frost's and wanted to say a big thank you to Adam.<br><br>Buying a house is stressful but Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He was approachable, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving.<br><br>We ended up having a lot of contact over the course of the purchase because we used Frost's recommended conveyancer and, unfortunately, the individual we got wasn't particularly proactive or responsive. As a result, Adam seemed to take on an unpaid second job of chasing the conveyancer, following up and calming down a grumpy buyer! Without his persistence and communication, I'm honestly not sure the transaction would have progressed as well as it did.<br><br>Adam was always quick to respond, patient with our requests, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful process much easier to manage.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam and Frost's to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Although we weren’t their direct clients, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>We’ve dealt with several estate agents during our house search, and none came close to the level of service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you all for making our first home purchase such a positive experience!

They are absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication. I feel that Absolute take the worry out of renting out a property for landlords. They have helped so much. And I feel they go above and beyond to find the right tenants and match them with the right properties.<br><br>They are diligent, responsive, pro-active and have great attention to detail. And a solid knowledge of the latest laws. They use excellent skilled craftsmen and I would thoroughly recommend to any landlords wanting to find and keep good tenants and take the stress out of the process. So grateful for your hardwork. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

Their expertise and knowledge of the local property market, and the sales details and photos that were done for my property showcased it perfectly. They arranged 8 viewings on the first weekend of going on the market and it was sold by the Monday! They were so supportive and kept in touch every step of the way. I would totally recommend them,thank you so much for making my house sale so straightforward.
