From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

These evil people were acting on behalf of a buyer of a property. my brother is vulnerable and quite ill instead of being organised and sending requests in a timely manner, they kept harassing him for documents at the last minute causing sever mental distress and deterioration. the most evil unethical law firm we have ever faced. evil. Tracey Buchanan and the firm should be ashamed for how they conduct themselves. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Excel Sales & Letting helped us with selling our property, they were excellent throughout, communication was great and the whole process was stress free. I would highly recommend them.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

28th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I am a landlord with no prior knowledge of Aquila until they took over the factoring of the building in which my rented flat was part of. I approached them and asked if they could help with a tenant , our relationship was at complete breaking point. Paul & Richard listened to my concerns and also the tenants. In short, they resolved the issues. I no longer need to deal with the tenant (and they no longer need to deal with me). I would encourage anyone who wants no stress, let them oversee the property management, they're very professional and approachable.

From start to finish, the service was excellent, and a special thank you to Robert, who made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Robert was always friendly, professional and approachable. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter. Instead, I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty throughout.<br><br>I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ronald Ross Estate Agents to anyone looking for a professional yet genuinely caring team. The staff will go the extra mile to offer viewings at a time to suit, even at short notice. They will chase up sellers and solicitors, give advice, and are on hand to help whenever needed.<br><br>My last property went through in just a few short weeks. The staff at Your Move were able to track down safety certificates that I needed from the seller. The office manager, Lynne, was answering my emails at 5am! That's dedication.<br><br>Lynne also came out to my car with the keys to my new property just before close of business on a Friday (sale didnt complete with solicitors until the very last minute on a Friday, causing me to panic that I wouldn't have the keys all weekend, but Lynne made sure I got them). This is an another example of their terrific service.<br><br>I have also found Your Move staff refreshingly honest, unlike my experiences with other estate agents in the region.<br><br>I am happy to recommend Your Move McLaughlin, especially their Coatbridge office. I will definitely use them again.<br><br>Thanks to Lynne, Danielle and the rest of the team.
