Their local knowledge of Enfield Town is second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for me. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personal touch. They made me feel like a valued client rather than just another transaction. 10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.
17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We’ve been super impressed with Mi Homes and how they have helped us with our search - strong local market knowledge, highly professional, quick and clear communication with balanced and realistic assessment on opportunities, and very well polished / detailed presentation on homes that they are selling. In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area. The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion. We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.
