I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
