She was so friendly and made us feel at ease from the beginning, making everything feel really straightforward and stress-free. 23rd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!
