19th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

In particular Sarah Rhodes was fab, always available to speak to and nothing was too much trouble. We've dealt with other agents along the way and found that Sarah and the team were the best and would definately use them again in the future if we need to:)- 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent

Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????

14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Much appreciated, Rosean- 23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

On the day Lewis provided a thorough and professional assessment of the property and as a result we were able to make a decision on future plans for the property.<br>Lewis is a valuable asset to the company and his skillsets are of the highest level.

She supported us every step of the way through the mortgage process, making what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to slow things down whenever we felt unsure. Her approach is truly personalised, and you never feel like just another client.
