22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

From the outset, her communication style was warm, professional, and reassuring, making the entire experience feel smooth and well-managed.<br><br>She demonstrated a strong understanding of how to adapt her approach to different clients, which made interactions feel both personal and efficient. From the initial viewing through to the referencing and application process, she maintained clear and consistent communication via both email and phone, ensuring everything progressed quickly and without stress.<br><br>Overall, the service was excellent, and Alexandra in particular made a potentially stressful process feel straightforward and well supported. I would highly recommend both her and Brown & Merry Stony Stratford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting experience.

We always had prompt emails back from Clare and lots of help and advice from Charley also. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

Professionally handled and good logical advice provided. We haven't had an agent as good as this before. They take all the pressure off. I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.

17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We sold and bought a property through Adam Dean from Lion Estate Agents in October and could not be happier with the service. He was friendly and really good at communicating with us with viewings and how things were going. Once we had an offer on our property, Adam showed us our house we are in now off market and we fell completely in love. He made so much effort to make sure it all happened.<br>Although the timeline was long, no fault of Adam’s, he stayed constant in communication when we needed and was always there.<br>Would definitely recommend and use again.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
