We needed to sell quickly in order to secure the house we wanted and bw able to place a formal offer. They worked at speed, when I requested a valuation they respond immediately and launched our sale within a couple of weeks. Their service was first rate and included a pre launch video, a promotional video and an open day. We were able to secure our asking price, so our purchase could proceed. Their communication to us kept us fully informed throughout the process and all queries were dealt with in a timely manner. On a personal level we found Claire and Sam lovely professional people to deal with and they were always focused on delivery of great customer service. We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend!- 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Drew Stewart (Howkins & Harrison): A True Professional with Great Courtesy This morning, I had what can only be described as a scrambled-egg-induced social mishap—and I feel compelled to share both the humour and my sincere apology. While in the middle of cooking breakfast (and very focused on avoiding the dreaded smell of burnt eggs taking over my home), the doorbell rang. Expecting a delivery, I rushed to answer it, only to find a well-dressed young gentleman who politely introduced himself as Drew. Before he could even explain his reason for visiting, I abruptly cut him off—twice—saying I was busy, and quickly shut the door. The moment I returned to the kitchen, the weight of my behaviour hit me. I realised how dismissive and abrupt I must have seemed, and I immediately felt awful. Determined to apologise, I rushed back outside hoping to find him nearby—but he was nowhere in sight. A little later, I heard something come through the letterbox. It was a note from Drew, kindly leaving his contact details and explaining his visit. I tried calling but couldn’t get through, so I sent an email apologising for my earlier behaviour. Thankfully, I later managed to speak with him—and I’m so glad I did. Drew was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional throughout. He listened to my explanation, reassured me, and even had a laugh about my overzealous attempt to prevent a burnt-egg disaster. His kindness completely put me at ease. I genuinely regret how I handled that initial interaction, but I’m very grateful for Drew’s professionalism and good nature. If I ever find myself answering the door to someone like him again, I’ll certainly handle things very differently. If you’re looking to work with someone approachable, professional, and genuinely pleasant, I would absolutely recommend Drew Stewart. He turned what started as an awkward encounter into a really positive experience.

Making me feel at ease talking to him despite it was my first contact. He was efficient and arranged a viewing for us very quickly even when it was a last minute request.

They have chased relentlessly to keep momentum and without them, I’m certain we would have seen the time at least doubled. A difficult property to sell, they managed to quickly find me buyers when the sale fell through 3 times, remaining calm and efficient the entire time. Unfortunately the original property we were buying also fell through, but some great alternatives were quickly presented, noting all the things which were important for us. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.
