Reasons for it is he generally listens to exactly what’s you’re looking for, what’s in budget and will give you more than one option. Darryl was brilliant and if I could I’d be awarding him more than 5*. He won’t let you down!

After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Ellie and everyone involved for helping us get here. Five stars simply aren’t enough!
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I honestly can’t thank Ellie Southern and the team at Simpson & Weekley Rushden enough for all their help with my move.<br><br>Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but I had a particularly long and complicated chain, and Ellie was my main point of contact throughout. She kept everything moving from start to finish and was always there when I needed an update or reassurance.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellie and Simpson & Weekley Rushden to anyone moving home.

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

From the day we viewed the property, to putting the offer in and the process in between, I cannot complain. Ben was really helpful from the start, engaging with the necessary to people to ensure all our queries were answered and we were comfortable to proceeed. James and Chris have kept us informed throughout and checked in to make sure everything progressed well. They have remained professional and helpful throughout. I highly reccomend them.

They are always responsive, helpful and quick to sort out any issues.<br>Our washing machine was recently replaced, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
