Reasons for it is he generally listens to exactly what’s you’re looking for, what’s in budget and will give you more than one option. Darryl was brilliant and if I could I’d be awarding him more than 5*. He won’t let you down!

After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! 26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.- 3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)They don't call u back ... 4 times I rang them .. to get a viewing.. all i can say very unprofessional..

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.

From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!

There were several over the duration of the process. Adele and Matt - with their different characters - instinctively employed their talents to meet each issue depending on its nature. This included assertiveness, calm sympathy and unbelievable patience. They know which covers which. They are a formidable team and worth every penny.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
