22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! I can't thank them enough for helping make an emotionally and logistically difficult process as smooth as possible.

I really appreciate their flexibility allowing the traders the access to the property while the owners live far away from the property and handling the views, appointments etc. I can highly recommend Pattison Lane Kettering branch for any prospective Landlords and tenants. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I missed a call from them on Friday 12th June in which they asked about my availability for viewing a property. I called them back several times and left voicemails/enquired about the property again online and was ignored. Found out this is because they are marketing for Lomond who is a company that seems to have bought every new build in Upton and are being selective about who lives in their properties (besides using affordability as a measure, which would make sense in itself). Meaning myself and pregnant partner missed out on a chance to move into a larger house prior to the baby being born.<br>Would rate them lower if I could - would not recommend renting or buying through William H Brown/Lomond.

They walked me through the entire process of getting a decent mortgage deal painlessly.<br><br>As promised, I was able to move into my new house before Christmas.<br><br>It speaks for itself!<br><br>Massive thanks again.<br><br>In five years, thanks to the extraordinary effort of mortgage advisor Mr. Chinmay Bodiwala, we secured a new mortgage for a wonderful house. 5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Avoid all house share viewings, the prices that they as a company post are absolutely diabolical in comparison to not only the market but for what they offer. Out of all 3 viewings I did, they were awful. 6 people to a house, all houses had a ran down kitchen, not up to date it’s an absolute mess. the floors were broken in all the rooms with a shoddy carpet just pulled over it? The walls were cracked the toilets i viewed literally had pee over the floor. It’s like no one even went out to clean it prior or even quality checked the house. The fact that this if it was 300 PM I would be like you know what? You get what you pay for. but how are you asking 6/700 Per month when there’s 500/600 PM market houses that are fully furnished with less people and more space….?? If your seeing this and your in dire need of a house share like I was and in a rush for time PLEASE do not turn to these guys for a solution they will over charge you for your stay there is WAY more better places out there and cheaper. There’s a reason why they have so many rooms available it’s because so many people are leaving and the quality and cleanliness is a JOKE. Even the the furniture that “ came with the room” that you can’t “ get rid of “ was broken..? Like what? This isn’t a reflection on the agents as individuals but as a company, it’s greedy and your properties are dehumanising. Find a private landlord on spare room.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Me and my partner are about to move into our forever home on shared ownership (1st time buyers) Jamie Butler has been there from the very start, although we didn't have the best experience with the solicitors Jamie was there if we got stuck and would take over when things got to much for us. His service was so good he made us feel so welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we seen him. His support and advice by guideing us every step of the way over the past long 8 months, checking mortgage rates to make sure we had the great deal and helping us send over the documents to the solicitors also going over the enquiries. As 1st time buyers we had no idea how the process works Jamie was very patient with us, he explained everything in detail which we liked. He even came into the office on his day off which was so kind of him we didn't ask him too and for that he deserves more than a 5 star. I would give him 10 star everything he has done for us, service that he provided was beyond what we could have expected we can't thank him enough. I recommend Jamie to my neighbour/family and friends and will stay in touch with him for the future. The other staff that was involved in the process Tom, Lauren and Becky were very nice and helpful Thankyou to all of you ??????

28th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.
4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are. I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team. Constant clear communication always advised in advance. Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date. Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient. This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years. I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left. I highly recommend them for anyone looking rent because you will be really looked after. A big thank you to all the team but especially Marjana.

25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I've dealt with estate agents before, but this company was an absolute joke.<br><br>They were completely unwilling to do their jobs and made little to no effort to follow up with or chase the landlord for answers to basic questions. They seemed to have very limited information about the property and constantly told us to call the office, only for the office to have no additional information either.<br><br>The overall service was extremely unprofessional. One of the final frustrations was their refusal to release the keys without a face-to-face ID check, despite already having taken and verified our ID at the start of the process.<br><br>Whenever shortcomings in their service were raised, they hid behind the "new renters' rights" legislation, even when it was completely unrelated to the issue being discussed. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine explanation.<br><br>In summary, I found them lazy, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. 31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
