15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)If you’re a student, I do NOT recommend this company. You’re genuinely better off somewhere else unless you already know that everyone you’re living with is clean and trustworthy.<br><br>They don’t seem to care who is actually neglecting the house and will make it everyone’s problem, even if there is evidence that you personally are taking care of the house. I sent over 10 emails about the poor living conditions I had to deal with because I was placed with people I didn’t know who were constantly neglecting the house, and nothing really improved. There were also multiple noise complaints from different people in the house.<br><br>The way they handle complaints is honestly horrible. They basically just send out emails reminding everyone of the rules and that’s it. There don’t seem to be any actual consequences. You can keep complaining and explaining the situation, but it feels like nothing actually gets done.<br><br>Me and my partner also went to a viewing before they showed us another house and, honestly, to no surprise, the house was a complete mess. It was genuinely disgusting and made me question what some of their other shared/HMO properties are like.<br><br>If you’re thinking about renting with them, please read more reviews, especially reviews about their HMO/shared properties, before you make a decision.<br><br>Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and I would personally look somewhere else.- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I had an awful experience using this connells branch at kingsthorpe no communication very rude i accepted an offer on june the 3rd 8 weeks later it turns out the buyer had not even been ID verified even though i was told different.If you want to sell your property avoid at all costs

Gemma, Charlie and Eddie deserve medals… or at the very least a very large bottle of something bubbly! ??????<br><br>They sold my house in what felt like the blink of an eye, and somehow managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable (yes, really… selling a house and stress-free in the same sentence!).<br><br>I was kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Their communication was spot on, their professionalism was second to none, and they even managed to stop me turning into a nervous wreck!<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, save yourself the sleepless nights and give Gemma, Charlie and Eddie a call. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish—five stars just doesn’t seem enough! ?????

He was genuine, trustworthy and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond to any questions I had and went above and beyond to help things move along. When he wasn’t available, Stuart effortlessly stepped in. 28th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

Nothing was too much bother for him. On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale.<br><br>His guidance and support were invaluable to me. He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small. Placing my property on the market was an incredibly difficult thing for me to do, but he gave me the confidence to follow it through.<br><br>Not only is Omar a thoroughly likeable person, but he is also extremely kind, patient and honest.
