8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Great estate agent, been with them as landlord since they started and always had great service. Recently sold a rental property super fast with them and Micheal was easy to deal with and very efficient.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Howkins & Harrison Daventry have been outstanding. We used them earlier in the year and they’ve just sold our house. Even in this tough market they’ve been the best — professional, proactive, and really on top of everything. Angela and the team made the whole process smooth and got the result we wanted. Highly recommend.- 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I rented a 2nd floor flat through Howkins & Harrison for over two years with my family, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Throughout our tenancy, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive with everything we needed. We are only moving out because we needed a larger space for our growing family, but we are genuinely sad to leave. They made renting completely stress-free—highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent!
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Nice agency!
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I’d happily recommend Connells, Northampton. They were professional, responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Questions were answered quickly, communication was clear, and they kept everything moving without chasing. Thank you to the team for making the process smooth.

Astons Estate Agents - Newport Pagnell
26 St. John Street,Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, MK16 8HJ(242 reviews)
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.
Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.
The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.
I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!
To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.
Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.Your Move - Hobin Roberts - Northampton

14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)?????

I had a fantastic experience with O'Riordan Bond Abington. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and prompt, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)From my experience, Jackson Grundy Estate Agents and Lettings provided a very reassuring service. The staff were approachable and took the time to deal with everything carefully rather than rushing through the process. I found their communication clear and their overall approach professional. It was reassuring to have a team that seemed genuinely focused on making things easier for their clients. I would certainly consider using their services again.
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.

I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.

I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:

- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?
- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?
- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys
- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.

Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.

Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.

Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

He was proactive, transparent, and always ahead of the curve, ensuring every detail was handled with care for all the parties involved.

Oak Estates is a rare combination of reliability, expertise, and genuine client focus. Jackson Grundy Estate Agents - Long Buckby
3 Market Place, Long Buckby, Northampton, Northants, NN6 7RR(109 reviews)
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I cannot emphasise enough how fabulous this agency is. From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!Jackson Grundy Estate Agents - Kingsthorpe
66 Harborough Road, Kingsthorpe, Northampton, Northants, NN2 7SH(42 reviews)
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I sold my property in Kingsthorpe with Jackson Grundy and have been extremely impressed with their service. Will from the Kingsthorpe branch has been outstanding — consistently keeping me updated on interest, potential buyers, and then guiding me through each stage of the sale once my property was sold. I’m now just a week away from completion, and the communication and professionalism have been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jackson Grundy to anyone looking to sell their home.
Thanks again.
Amanda R- 14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I do recommend the team here. Sold the house and managed both parties including me well. Would deffo use again. Thanks

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Right from the beginning I felt James appreciated my property and set about getting me the best price. The advertising material was superb. There were a few problems which arose along the way but each time James knew exactly how to solve them and did so. I found both James and Katie to be friendly. efficient and very helpful. I am very glad I chose them to sell my house.

31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Lucy and Alan had amazing communication from the get go. They clearly have extensive experience and are so personable when dealing with different circumstances. Not anything I could fault them on and I hope to use them in the future without a doubt
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
25th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Jon & Co were brilliant right from the initial meeting. Everything was explained and they really listened to us. The photos of my house were amazing and we sold straight away. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.
