4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From the initial valuation visit, and throughout the sale process, Matthew & Richard at Coopers have been excellent in every respect, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service and acting with sensitivity and sympathy when we lost our mum during the process.<br><br>Matthew even went the extra mile in helping us to move some furniture around ready for the photographer to visit.<br><br>The sales pack was highly professional and was quickly tweaked to address a couple of minor comments we had<br><br>Their communications have been great throughout; timely, informative and not overwhelming, and they managed the delay in the process waiting for probate to be granted very capably.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling property in and around Market Harborough.

Even in this tough market they’ve been the best — professional, proactive, and really on top of everything. Angela and the team made the whole process smooth and got the result we wanted. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a few estate agents come and assess my house for selling in todays market, all of them prepared me for a hard market, to keep my expectations minimal, id be lucky to breakeven.<br>Then, entered stuart. He told me not only would it likely be a quick sale, but id turn a tidy profit, given the feedback i had from the other estate agents i felt maybe he was trying to selling me a dream, but i gave Stuart the opportunity to prove me wrong.<br>The very next day he had a viewing ready from his list of buyers who he said would be interested. The viewing went amazingly and they bought it for the asking price that Stuart set which was far higher than i imagined id be able to achieve.<br>I need to also mention that this house didnt even make it onto rightmove or any property search engine! It was completely off of stuarts prospective buyers list. So within one day of me seeing Stuart, my house was already in the process of being purchased!<br>To say my experience with Astons has been nothing short of a dream, is honestly under selling it. Everybody knows the tension experienced while selling a house, but i managed to avoid all of it, thanks to Stuart and his amazing team.<br>Thank you to Astons, i cannot thank you enough and recommend you too much.

26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)I felt racially profiled and my time was wasted. I attempted to book a viewing and when I told them my name, it was sharply repeated back to me in a judgmental tone. I was then asked my income, asked to complete an income form that demands all my personal and confidential data, and then for a tax return (just for a rental viewing by the way), they booked a viewing for a few days later. Less than an hour before the viewing, I received a voicemail telling me the viewing was cancelled without explanation. I called back and they said they didn’t have the keys. I asked if the viewing could then be rescheduled, they reluctantly said yes, for later that afternoon. 30mins later I received a call from management advising that the property was no longer available for me and they had cancelled the viewing.<br><br>I was spoken to rudely across all 3 calls (Yasmin, Izzy?, and Nora) - I believe these were the names of the agents I spoke to.<br><br>I felt profiled from the first call, my time was wasted and I was misled to thinking I’d be able to view the property and here’s why:<br><br>- why was I asked for significantly more personal data only after they knew my name?<br>- why was I asked for proof of income just for a viewing? No other agent has ever asked me this?<br>- why was I lied to in the morning of the viewing to say they just forgot to collect the keys<br>- if the property had genuinely gone, any agent would then suggest other properties rather than closing the door immediately on both occasions there were issues that apparently came up.<br><br>Worst experience from an agent, avoid giving these people your hard-earned properties to manage.

Advice at all stages was clear and our input was incorporated where relevant. Best service received in comparison to any agency I have dealt with in the past.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!

They are always responsive, helpful and quick to sort out any issues.<br>Our washing machine was recently replaced, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. There were a few problems which arose along the way but each time James knew exactly how to solve them and did so. I found both James and Katie to be friendly. efficient and very helpful. I am very glad I chose them to sell my house.
