6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Recently finally sold my property after a very long arduous selling process (no fault of Connells). Connells were amazing throughout seemed to be the only party at times to have my best interest. Charlie in particular was amazing reaching out and offering tons of support, especially when a buyer pulled out (again no fault of Connells) the had a new buyer within a week. Couldn’t recommend them enough and big thank you again to not only Charlie but the whole team.

George and his team dealt with me in a friendly, professional manner- they managed to secure viewings and then a buyer quickly. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.- 28th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)My agent was organized and professional, made me comfortable from day one. I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.

5th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Agents under valued our property- we ended up going elsewhere and managed to get 80K more than this agency wanted to put it onto the market for. To me, the agent didnt really seem to know what they were talking about. Owner seems more interested in opening new shops then helping with current clients and wasnt very attentive whilst showing him around. Would not recommend unfortunately.

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Cherry Picked. Their team were a pleasure to work with.

31st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Yas impressed me from the moment she first walked through our door to value our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market place, the local area and was realistic with what we'd achieve for our property.<br>We had a bumpy road with the turbulent housing market, and it was a long journey to sale. However, Yas was there for us throughout the entire process. Yas always made me feel like she had all the time in the day to talk to me, I always felt valued and listened to.<br>Yas would always keep us in mind for onward purchases too. She showed us around a couple of properties, and was incredibly knowledgeable about them, and whilst the properties weren't right for us, the expertise Yas showed outshone other viewing experiences we'd had by miles.
13th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
