From the very first viewing to moving in, Jayson was great at keeping things moving and making sure everybody was in the loop. Interactions felt much more personable than I have experienced with any other estate agent. Would definitely recommend!

11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I had a really positive experience with the team when selling my flat, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and maintaining communication to help push the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling in a challenging market wasn’t necessarily easy, but the support, communication and professionalism of the team made a real difference and helped make the experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Gennaro, Natasha and the whole team for all your hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again in the future!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dominic who went above and beyond in helping us, especially towards the end when it started to look like we might not get to exchange date. 10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

Stuart and his colleagues helped, giving reassurance and advice throughout. It was nice to have a company that was invested in the area. I would highly recommend them.

We felt they were very fair with their estimated value of our property and honest all the way through the selling process. We were fortunate to deal with all the staff from the Kidlington office and found them all very polite and caring. Within five weeks, we had accepted an offer and Lisa guided us through the stressful time of selling a property to a completion, I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.

He constantly kept in touch and went out of his way to recommend great properties, including ones outside his own agency listings. He showed a level of genuine care and warmth that far surpassed the agent I actually ended up buying from. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.
