I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. Our broker Aston went over and above for us, being extremely helpful from the initial consultation all the way through to the mortgage offer. He was always readily available, very friendly and very well informed, and we had full confidence in him from day 1. I honestly can't recommend highly enough. We are first time buyers and he ensured we understood the process at every stage. A brilliant job extremely well done. Thank you Aston!

Michelle Chapman did a great job of keeping everything organised and moving along efficiently. Having the majority of the process handled through email was convenient with my busy schedule and made everything much easier to manage remotely.<br><br>I really appreciated Michelle’s communication and assistance throughout the process, from coordinating everything to answering all of my questions and making sure I knew what was needed along the way.<br><br>Overall, I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend Michelle and the Shires team to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.

While I understand agents are busy, a simple text or email to acknowledge my interest would have been appreciated. We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage.
