21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Buying through Lang Town & Country was an absolute breeze and, considering how stressful the buying process can sometimes be, they did everything possible to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>A special mention must go to Josh, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly when liaising with the various solicitors and agents involved in the chain, making sure everyone was kept informed and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward.<br><br>Even when there were a few issues and delays along the way, Josh remained calm, proactive and reassuring. He was always available when needed, quick to respond to any questions and made a real effort to resolve problems rather than simply passing them on. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lang Town & Country provided excellent customer service, and Josh in particular was outstanding. His hard work, approachability and commitment made what could have been a very stressful experience feel as easy as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lang Town & Country, and especially Josh, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They appreciated that not only did I need to sell a house, but I also wanted peace of mind. They took away the stress from what can feel like a stressful process. Very happy to recommend them.

No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. The rental market in Plymouth is moving fast at a relatively stressfull pace but fortunately Atwell-Martin, especially Ms. Bluett helped us out greatly. Their service is professional, calm and thorough even though it is apparent that Atwell-Martin is very busy in itself. They follow through and think with you, informing you if opportunities come up and helping you if required. The only improvement could be that an additional receptionist to answer the phone calls would improve their service! Massive thanks!

He has calmly explained the process, given us advice and guidance along the way.<br><br>Moving home can be so stressful, and when things have felt difficult Greg has been a listening ear, providing reassurance and support, even when the issues dont directly relate to our sale. As a working mum, my questions have often arisen outside of typical working hours, and Greg hasn't minded a message or question at unusual times of day.<br><br>I fully recommend Greg to anyone who wants a consistent, friendly yet professional estate agent.<br><br>Thank you Greg, we really appreciate the support to get to this point.

Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
