Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

The communication and updates were excellent, from when we were viewing properties at the beginning and then when we had an offer accepted we received the same level of service all the way through. We would use them in the future.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We have recently moved into a property purchased through Jackson Stops Truro. Charley McCowen was looking after us, and she did, every step of the way. She was clear and thorough, in answering all of our questions, and during the purchase process she was always super-responsive when we were wanting to know what was happening. So much so, I would say that without Charley's tenacity and commitment, when it came to finally exchanging contracts, I am really not sure we would have got it over the line without her. The team are so supportive and made every effort to welcome us to the town and introducing us to other local businesses in the area. Would definitely use again in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble and they were prompt and proactive in trying to help things along. We were much reassured and knew we had the best advice and help possible. Thank you all.
8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)If i could leave a zero stars i would. After spending 10k on searches, survays and other fees trying to buy a property though russel only to find out the property isn't even mortgageable. I know this is a buyers risk and nothing can be clear until searches and survays are back unfortunately but what a terrible experience. Awful attitude throughout, zero compassion for us what so ever. Worst estate agent ive ever had the displeasure or dealing with in my life. Very abrupt with us throughout, honestly the most stressful months of my life dealing with this, i would avoid at all cost. Save your money and your sanity. I edited this review as he has emailed me 3 days in a row to take the review down , so just shows he doesn't want you to leave your honest review and will message you daily to try take it off.

The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and my personal thanks to Charlie, the agent who dealt with me.
6th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Trevillian. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!
