The communication and updates were excellent, from when we were viewing properties at the beginning and then when we had an offer accepted we received the same level of service all the way through. We would use them in the future.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and making everything feel smooth and stress-free. They clearly have a strong understanding of the local market and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.

After spending 10k on searches, survays and other fees trying to buy a property though russel only to find out the property isn't even mortgageable. I know this is a buyers risk and nothing can be clear until searches and survays are back unfortunately but what a terrible experience. Awful attitude throughout, zero compassion for us what so ever. Worst estate agent ive ever had the displeasure or dealing with in my life. Very abrupt with us throughout, honestly the most stressful months of my life dealing with this, i would avoid at all cost. Save your money and your sanity. I edited this review as he has emailed me 3 days in a row to take the review down , so just shows he doesn't want you to leave your honest review and will message you daily to try take it off.- 20th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I purchased a property using Cole Rayment & White last summer. The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and my personal thanks to Charlie, the agent who dealt with me.

27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently used View Property to sell my cottage in Langore. View were excellent though-out.<br><br>I really couldn't ask for more from an Estate Agent. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer
