1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)The Michael Hardy team at Wokingham were all very pleasant to deal with and showed true professionalism, patience and were extremely helpful through-out the conveyancing process even though they had to deal with many hurdles on the way. This is how I would expect estate agents should be!

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Overall very disappointed, didn't like James, didn't really listen to us did things his way. When he got a sniff of a buyer he stuck with them, we had complications with our buyer but he was reluctant to see other potential buyers. When we did get a buyer we seemed to do all the work heard very nothing from Whiteknights, we weren't even told James had left the company. Very little contact from Whiteknights throughout the entire process.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Even though our sale did not go through with Romans, all of the staff at the Woodley office were very professional and always prompt in responding to us. From the initial house visit through to receiving offers, we always felt understood and well supported. We had a couple of offers on the table, and the team kept us informed about the buyers’ situations at all times, which we really appreciated. Daniel in particular was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely recommend the Romans Woodley office to anyone looking to sell their home or purchase a property.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area!
