She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

I would highly recommend Ballards & Ryan to anybody wanting a professional stress free sale!- 18th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!

I appreciated her honesty and the fact that she was upfront whenever she didn’t have an immediate answer, always making the effort to find the information I needed. She was patient throughout, addressed most of my questions, knew the area well, and offered thoughtful ideas and suggestions.

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I understand the property market is extremely congested at the moment, but my experience with this agency went beyond what can reasonably be explained by high demand. There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, information about the property’s status was unclear, and I was never given a fair opportunity to view the property. No clear explanation was provided as to why viewings were handled the way they were. While competition is expected, basic professionalism, ethical conduct, and open communication should still apply. Unfortunately, this experience felt neither transparent nor equitable, and it has left me questioning the agency’s standards. I hope the agency reflects on this feedback and improves how prospective clients are treated going forward.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

Robbie is one of the kindest estate agents we have dealt with and is a credit to the team. We couldn’t recommend the woodley branch enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Romans when the times come to move on to our next property ??????
27th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)We chose Bevilles to sell our much loved Edwardian property because of their long standing reputation as an outstanding estate agent. We were not dissappointed: We did not have a straightforward sale by any means, but Bevilles provided wise counsel throughout. They just have so many years' experience selling in Sonning Common and the neighbouring villages. They know the area and everyone knows them. It is not just Richard, but the whole team who work together and are always there when you need them. After two buyers pulled out and then seemingly endless viewings, our sale ended up in a bidding war. We were extremely pleased with the winning buyer who clearly loved the property as much as we did. We felt that, thanks to Bevilles, we were able to leave our rather special house and garden in very good hands.
