I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

He has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish, and after the journey we’ve had selling our property, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him.<br><br>Cameron saw us through not one, not two, but FOUR failed property sales due to broken chains — through absolutely no fault of ours or the house — and every single time, he was there ready to pick things straight back up and get us moving again. He worked tirelessly to get our property relisted, arrange new viewings and generate fresh interest, often within incredibly small turnaround times. His efficiency and determination were second to none.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Cameron was responsive, professional, proactive and, perhaps most importantly, truly understanding of just how stressful and disheartening the situation could be. Time and time again, he stood up for us, supported us and did everything he possibly could to keep things progressing. We always felt that he was firmly in our corner.<br><br>After what has felt like an incredibly long road, we have FINALLY exchanged, and we are so grateful to Cameron for everything he did to help get us here. The house sold within just a few days, which was a brilliant result. Simon was professional, helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and would definitely recommend Simon and Greenaway to anyone looking to sell their home.

10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.<br>I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.<br>I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.<br>The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.<br>I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.<br>Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.<br><br>I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.

In particular, Isobel was outstanding - she was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. She kept us well informed throughout the process and genuinely made us feel like a priority from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough.

They were both professional and friendly communicators (phone and email) and they helped the sale of the property go through smoothly. I felt valued as a customer and that I received a high level of customer service. David in particular gave me great confidence in his level of expertise and understanding of the property market. I would recommend them to a friend.

He was an absolute dream to have as the estate agent handling our purchase.<br><br>Buying a house is such a stressful process, but Dan made it feel so much easier. He was hugely supportive, diligent and incredibly responsive throughout. He gave us his time, shared his expertise freely and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive he was in keeping things moving and helping us navigate what can often feel like a complicated and frustrating process. His calm, professional and genuinely helpful approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thanks to Dan, this was probably the smoothest house purchase we have ever experienced. He is a real credit to Number Twenty Four, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Without doubt, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.<br><br>Although they may have eventually found a buyer for our property, that is where the positives end. Throughout the sale we experienced repeated problems, poor communication and an astonishing lack of professionalism.<br><br>The most serious issue was that our property was left unlocked on multiple occasions after viewings. Leaving a customer's home unsecured is completely unacceptable, and the fact it happened more than once demonstrates a serious lack of care and attention.<br><br>What was even more disappointing was the response when these issues were raised. Rather than taking ownership or showing any genuine concern, there was no accountability whatsoever. Ben, the manager, simply pointed me towards the complaints process and said someone would contact me to apologise. That apology never came. Promises were repeatedly made and not followed through.<br><br>The only person who deserves any recognition is Zoe in the office. She was courteous, professional and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, she was let down by the wider management and overall level of service.<br><br>For comparison, we purchased our new home through Mansell McTaggart, and the difference was night and day. They were proactive, professional, communicative and treated us like valued customers from start to finish.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions most people will ever make. You expect your estate agent to be trustworthy, organised and accountable. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. The lack of communication, failure to accept responsibility and disregard for the security of our home have left us extremely disappointed.<br><br>I would never use this company again, and based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing them.
