6th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)From the initial engagement, advice on house preparation, viewings, offers and eventual sale, Chesters Estates are the ultimate professionals.<br><br>We had a very quick sale and no issues at all. Communication was excellent and they completely owned the process, liaising with the buyers, conveyancing and myself, keeping me informed at every step.<br><br>We got a fair price for the property and Chesters' own costs were very reasonable too.<br><br>I would highly recommend Chesters - A++++.

They were quick to respond, always happy to answer any questions, and got everything sorted really quickly. After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I just wanted to take a moment to say a really heartfelt thank you for how wonderful Allison from Carter Remy has been throughout my sale.<br><br>Selling a flat, starting a new job and moving into a new home all within the space of a week is quite something (!) but having her at the other end of the phone keeping things moving, communicating so brilliantly and working so hard to get everything over the line is making such a difference.<br><br>She’s been consistently kind, proactive and reassuring - I really hope she knows how much that is appreciated!

I spoke to a lovely lady in the office who was fantastically accommodating and arranged a viewing within 20 minutes of my phone enquiry.<br><br>I was met at the property by Terri, who is apparently one of the owners. I loved the house, which was listed for between £350,000 - £375,000. I made an offer there and then of £361,000. She asked if I could increase anymore but couldn’t.<br><br>I then phoned my partner about it and wanted to arrange a second viewing for Saturday morning. I phoned Terri and refused to book a second viewing until after the weekend, “if other viewers offered more”. I said she was basing a lot of the conversation on an “if”, especially given our particularly desirable buying position. She reluctantly arranged the viewing.<br><br>When my partner arrived to view the property this morning she was there again and made a point of telling him that she was only doing the viewing as a favour to me and that unless we could raise our budget, we couldn’t afford it…OUR OFFER WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ASKING PRICE!!<br><br>My partner was dressed in a hoodie and shorts as he works in a suit 6 days a week and felt particularly judged by this woman. She is vile. If she’s the owner, then how this agent is still in business is completely beyond me!!

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. I had the property on the market with another well established local agent beforehand and was unhappy with their service, and therefore switched to PinDrop. Kyrie was quick to get my property marketed and Alfie did a great job at getting it sold. His patience, communication and understanding was excellent and finally me got the sale I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PinDrop to anyone wishing to sell or rent their property.

Alex came round to view the property and was really helpful – explained the whole vetting process properly, gave me great advice, and went through the different options without any pressure. Rose was brilliant behind the scenes too, kept me updated on what I needed and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Both of them made the whole thing feel straightforward and I felt comfortable dealing with them throughout. Would definitely recommend.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Bairstow eves helped us from the beginning...The good thing is though we didn't find our suitable home via bairstow eves but we chose to stick with there mortgage advisor Silvan...She is really caring and gave a lot of attention in our case to secure a house and mortgage and helped us to do all the paperworks easily... Though it was long journey but Silvan really made it so easy and clear for us...She guided us and helped us to know all the risk factors and everything...we got a good amount of mortgage money for our first home and we are really pleased for her services...I recommend silvan as a mortgage advisor to everyone...
