No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Thank you so much Emily and team !!

They made sure the process was as smooth as possible and kept me up to date on any issues and delays. I had quick responses to all of my questions and they really helped relieve any anxiety. Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process. Redbrik as a whole estate agents crystal peaks and chesterfield have been amazing and I can’t thank them enough for all their help. It’s really appreciated! So thankyou :) x

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. 22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We first worked with Jordan at Ready Steady Move when we let out our house, and later came back to sell it. The tenants she found looked after the property really well, and when it came to selling, the marketing was excellent - great photos, a brilliant advert and plenty of exposure.<br>It ended up being a particularly long and challenging sale, with several buyers dropping out or causing problems, but Jordan kept going, filtered out time wasters, negotiated offers up to where we wanted them and never gave up on finding the right buyer. Looking back, we've realised there's often a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't always see.<br>Selling a house can be stressful for everyone involved, but we're grateful for Jordan's persistence and hard work in finally getting us over the finish line. We'd happily recommend Ready Steady Move.
31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Very poor communication, and I regret paying for their service.<br><br>After taking my payment, I sent numerous emails simply asking whether it had been received, yet received no response. That level of communication is disappointing.<br><br>Following the survey report, I was particularly concerned about Japanese knotweed and bamboo. The report stated that there was “no evidence of such plants within the grounds of the property.” For peace of mind, I emailed several times asking them to confirm this, but again, I received no reply.<br><br>Then on completion day, I discovered bamboo shoots growing in my garden.<br><br>Whether they were missed during the inspection or not, the complete lack of communication after I raised my concerns was unacceptable.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to look elsewhere.

He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

I was accompanied for my viewings by Sharon, who was knowledgable about the area and the properties. My transaction was handled by Will, and he was exceptional. Will accompanied my second and final viewings and kept in touch throughout the purchasing process. I was grateful to have the same contact point with support from Katy and other members of the team. In particular Millie Aziz was a star! Everyone did great work in promoting the property. But Millie stood out with her commitment to securing us potential clients. But most of all she helped me negotiate my way through the ups and downs of selling the property. She helped me manage the emotional rollercoaster by being eternally cheerful! And my goodness that is an essential quality. Enthusiasm makes everything seem possible and Millie has that in abundance.
