Both Clare and Katie were very helpful during the whole rental process, answering all my questions and going the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I’d recommend Lime Living highly to anyone who may require their services.

23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

They made sure the process was as smooth as possible and kept me up to date on any issues and delays. I had quick responses to all of my questions and they really helped relieve any anxiety. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process. Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We first worked with Jordan at Ready Steady Move when we let out our house, and later came back to sell it. The tenants she found looked after the property really well, and when it came to selling, the marketing was excellent - great photos, a brilliant advert and plenty of exposure.<br>It ended up being a particularly long and challenging sale, with several buyers dropping out or causing problems, but Jordan kept going, filtered out time wasters, negotiated offers up to where we wanted them and never gave up on finding the right buyer. Looking back, we've realised there's often a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't always see.<br>Selling a house can be stressful for everyone involved, but we're grateful for Jordan's persistence and hard work in finally getting us over the finish line. We'd happily recommend Ready Steady Move.

I was accompanied for my viewings by Sharon, who was knowledgable about the area and the properties. My transaction was handled by Will, and he was exceptional. Will accompanied my second and final viewings and kept in touch throughout the purchasing process. I was grateful to have the same contact point with support from Katy and other members of the team. I thoroughly recommend Blundells Gleadless - a really thoughtful and professional company.
