25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Review for Anchor Point Apartment (Sheffield) I had an overall disappointing experience with the management of this property. At the end of the tenancy, I was charged £75 for what was described as “light cleaning,” specifically things like skirting boards, despite the entire apartment being cleaned to a reasonable domestic standard before moving out (vacuumed and surfaces wiped throughout). This felt excessive and unfair, especially after a two-year tenancy where normal wear and tear should be expected. Additionally, during the tenancy, an incident occurred where neighbourhood children broke a table, and this was reported. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of action or follow-up from the management, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the handling of both maintenance concerns and deposit deductions did not feel balanced or tenant-focused. I would advise future tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared for potential disputes at check-out.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the outset of the buying and selling process, all the staff at Reeds Rains were committed to meeting my needs and aspirations. They responded very promptly to all my queries, and took time and care to provide all the information I needed. The two dedicated staff who dealt with my situation, as well as all other staff were great communicators, very approachable and responsive. I was able to trust them totally for best outcomes, and indeed received the most excellent service for both my selling and buying. I cannot recommend highly enough.

21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)EDIT: I have since moved out of the property - just wanted to give particular praise to Sienna, who handled nearly all of the associated admin. Always impressively quick to reply, organised, knowledgeable and friendly! Very grateful - as anybody knows moving is a stressful time, so her professionalism and skill was very much appreciated. Blundells acted as the letting agents for the property I am now living in - and every step of the way they were fantastic! Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property. Claudia handled getting the tenancy up and running incredibly smoothly - everything was done so fast and with great communication throughout. And finally Helen was so kind as she took me through the tenancy documents and handed over the keys, and described the local area pointing out nice places to go even though I hadn't asked! 100% recommend these guys for renting, and thank you to all the team again!- 15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Just rented a property through Reeds Rains and had a great experience! Everyone in the Hillsborough office was lovely and answered all the questions we had about the process. In particular Harrison who showed us around the property and kept checking in during the process to make sure everything was going alright and to give us updates. Highly recommend Reeds Rains for a professional but friendly experience when renting a property!

They have made it so clear and easy from day one and have gone out of their way to help and support us with the whole process. I am so glad that we chose them. The stressful process of selling a house suddenly became so straightforward. Couldn’t have asked for better.
18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

Kerry, Dean and Olivia have been amazing from start to finish! As first time buyers with a fair few challenges (solicitors going into administration 3 weeks before completion)they were at the end of the phone for each and every breakdown I had along the way! I could write reasons all day why they have been so fantastic! customer support is second to none! nothing is too much trouble, they went above and beyond in every way possible! They deserve all the recognition in the world and we will be forever grateful! THANK YOU! ??

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
