8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)avoid if theyre going to give you a house under RNL!!! check the reviews for RNL property management before choosing a house through haus, the reviews here seem good as the house finding process is so fine but as soon as youre moved in everything is handed over to rnl and theyre a nightmare.<br><br>My room had a window that didnt shut for months which was blown open in the wind and my whole room was soaked with rain (it was unlivable and i had to stay at a friends house for days) they eventually bolted it shut in october then replaced it finally at the end of november (i moved in in july) they charge you for stuff you didnt break and you wont get your full deposit back even if the house is spotless.<br><br>friends who also had a house with them had mould in kitchen cupboards and more issues that just didnt get resolved. In the RNL reviews, people had even worse experiences, the reviews are wild so please check, be careful!!
23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Thank you so much Emily and team !!

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Had a viewing for a house today with an agent called Harrison 10/10 would recommend them. very friendly and chatty, dropped some good jokes here and there and was very informative with the process of what we need to do. The agent who took my call when i was doing the application was also lovely and very polite. amazing service!!

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.
18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

The team have always been there to help and provide detailed information. They have provided reassurance through the process and been extremely helpful. I cannot thank them enough for making this process as easy as it could be during a big life transition. I would absolutely recommend them.

My situation was complicated, despite being a professional person earning a good salary, paying all my rent and bills on time, I found it so difficult to move on to the next chapter of my life, but Tariq listened, he understood and he cared. He made me feel better that life doesn’t always work out the way we planned but you can move forward with your life. If you’re honest with Tariq he will help you to find a way to move forward. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

S17 area is indeed fortunate to have them on the doorstep - probably one of the best estate agents you will find in Sheffield. First rate and highly recommended. Simply excellent.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. A first-class service from start to hopefully the end of my purchase of my dream home - 10/10!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

26th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
